Justice
Investigation, prosecution, and sanctioning in appropriate cases, the violation of any of the provisions of the Oyo State PWDs Law without prejudice to an individual’s right to seek redress in court within Oyo State.

WHO WE ARE
The Oyo State Agency for Persons with Disabilities was established to eliminate discrimination against Persons with Disabilities by safeguarding them against all forms of discrimination and equalizing their opportunities in all aspects of living in society and for connected purposes across the state.
